We offer a permanent home where you’ll run new CNC machines and be mentored on manual equipment, ensuring you become an elite, well-rounded machinist in the industry.

$40 - $45/hour + Benefits & pension/RRSP matching program

The "Amazing" Package: Full permanent benefits and a pension/RRSP program.

Shift Structure: 3 weeks on Days / 3 weeks on Nights (includes generous night shift premiums).

Premier Facility: Work in a pristine, hazard-free shop dedicated to precision energy-sector components.

Responsibilities
Equipment Optimization: Spearhead the setup, operation, and fine-tuning of our latest CNC investments.

Manual Mentorship: Work alongside veteran machinists to master traditional boring and heavy threading.

Versatile Workload: Seamlessly transition between automated production runs and one-off custom repairs.

Material Expertise: Expertly manage feeds, speeds, and tooling for stainless steel, carbon, and alloys.

Quality Assurance: Rigorously inspect your own work to guarantee flawless precision and shop safety.

Qualifications
Proven Track Record: Extensive background performing independent setups in a custom or production shop.

Drive for Excellence: Highly motivated to transcend basic operating and command the entire machining process.

Certification Status: We are actively welcoming ticketed Journeypersons or advanced-level Apprentices.

Dependability: Requires consistent personal transportation and strict adherence to the shift rotation.
