Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the Stoney Creek, Ontario warehouse. This role ensures the accurate staging, preparation, and deployment of gaming equipment, effective inventory management, and facility maintenance. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting business goals by maintaining compliance with all jurisdictional and company policies. Supervising a Warehouse Coordinator and Data Administrator, this position fosters a team-oriented environment while driving operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a balance of strategic planning and active participation in day-to-day warehouse operations. This individual will prioritize safety, efficiency, and accuracy to ensure timely delivery of high-quality gaming solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the assembly, testing, and repair of gaming machines and related equipment to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Ensure all gaming devices meet compliance standards, including jurisdictional regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform configuration and verification of hard drives and MD5 signatures to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address special equipment requests or modifications.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Establish and maintain a schedule for warehouse activities and equipment staging.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the warehouse team for troubleshooting common issues.
- Ability to work with technical staff to troubleshoot, understand and assist in resolving technical issues with hardware and software.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate tracking and accountability of warehouse parts / inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, manage reordering processes, and ensure sufficient availability of parts and components.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, implement corrective measures, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Perform audits of field vehicle inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Own the secure handling and preparation processes related to software replication, labelling, field deployment and storage.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Optimize the layout of the warehouse for safety and operational efficiency.
- Perform routine building inspections and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe workplace.
- Champion the Health and Safety Committee from a Supervisory level.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to the Warehouse Coordinator and Data Administrator.
- Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations / 1 : 1 meetings.
- Develop training programs to improve team efficiency and adherence to company procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and high performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory, shipping, and operational efficiency for management review.
- Identify trends, propose process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
- Participate in project planning and execution to support organizational and market objectives.
- Assist in managing the departmental budget by monitoring expenses, optimizing resource utilization, and controlling overtime.

- Perform other tasks and duties as needed and / or requested by management.
