JOB OVERVIEW

The warehouse logistics coordinator will ensure that online inventory store orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner and will provide customer service in line with Fairware’s Customer service model. This is a full-time role at our Vancouver Warehouse and requires both physical labour and computer work.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Fulfillment : Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders

Receiving : Receive, count and inspect incoming inventory, reporting on discrepancies and quality issues. Receive into WMS.

Customer Service : Manage and respond to all online store email inboxes, responding to all inquiries within 2 hours.

Inventory Control : Maintain WMS to ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock levels. Coordinate inventory counts as per schedule.

Documentation : Prepare and manage shipping documents, including commercial invoices.

Shipping : Coordinate all outbound shipping, providing customs, brokerage and duty information as required.

Supplies : Maintain warehouse and office supplies.

Systems : Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems

Meetings : Participate in E Commerce weekly team meetings and participate in special projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have at least 2 years related experience in :

Warehouse logistics

WMS and inventory management

International Shipping, knowledge of customs, brokerage, duty

Technology including Office 365

Shopify - working knowledge an asset

You are comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment environment with deadlines.

You are fluent in English, second language an asset.

You are interested in social responsibility and sustainability.

You are capable of doing physical work, including lifting and standing.
