Key Responsibilities for the Job :
Accounts payable entries Accounts receivable entries High volume data entry Bank reconciliations Month-end support Updating documents and supporting with process improvements Other support tasks as required
Experience & Attributes for Success :
Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting; or equivalent combination of experience, skills & education Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting support role Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong computer / technical skills, particularly with MS Office (Excel) and QuickBooks Positive and motivated with a team-focused approach Reliable and dependable work ethic High level of flexibility when working with others and superior interpersonal and relationships building skills
