Responsibilities
Oversee Sales,Finance, Service and Parts operations of the dealership
Performance metricsin all departments
Vehicle inventory, dailysales management and upholding sales process
A detailedunderstanding of Service and Parts operations
Develop andimplement strategies for growth
Ensure maximumefficiency and profitability in all departments
Create ahigh-performance culture and climate in a dealership
Strong ability tomotivate and retain talent
Develop andencourage strong working relationships at all levels in the business
Deliver bottom lineresults while ensuring compliance to company policies and corporate governance
Ensure dealercompliance to franchise standards and target requirements
Requirements
A minimum of 5years’ experience in automotive dealership sales management
Must have been a keyplayer in building and mentoring a successful sales department
Must be able to demonstrateexceptional leadership, management and communication skills
