- Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems at various stages of construction and installation.
- Identify and document violations, deficiencies, or hazards in plumbing systems and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance, and enforcement actions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to plumbers, contractors, and property owners regarding plumbing codes and safety practices.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints related to plumbing installations and code compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure accurate inspections and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other municipal departments andagencies to address and resolve plumbing-related issues.
