Job Description
Job Description
We are seeking an Interior Designer to become a part of our team! You will plan, design and furnish / decorate the interiors of residential and commercial buildings while assisting with the construction process.
Responsibilities :
- Client consultations and site measures
- Formulate design plans that are aesthetic and conducive to the client
- Calculate the specifications and cost of materials for construction
- Select and source design components to create a unique and purposeful space
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Communicate and coordinate with various trades and suppliers
- Prepare floor plans / 3d renderings (with Chief Architect, 20 / 20 or AutoCAD, Revit or on a comparable platform)
- Prepare documentation for client presentations
- Participate in producing new leads and marketing for company growth

For each project, the Designer will learn the importance of obtaining a full understanding of the client's wants and needs, and make note of all special requests / details to assemble professional presentations / design packages that caters to each unique client and their project.
