Proven experience in system integration and test roles within the satellite communications industry with at least 10 yrs of experience. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in testing methodologies tools and equipment. Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Satellite communication protocols and standards such as DVBS2 TDMA. Knowledge of Antenna Systems like Flat Panel phased array Familiarity with IPbased communication. Knowledge of MEF and MPLS. Experience with development of Automation for Regression testing. Infomatics Corp is looking for a System Integration Consultant who will lead a team of system integration and test engineers providing guidance direction and mentorship develop and manage project schedules and resource allocation and plan and execute the integration of satellite communication subsystems including payload ground stations and network components.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
- Define and generate test plans procedures and test reports for the Telesat LEO constellation.
- Analyze test results identify issues and work with the engineering team to address them.
- Establish CI / CD processes for continuous testing.
- Participate in the definition of development strategies with vendors and suppliers that optimize the efficiency of the verification and validation objectives
