Job description :
Located in central Quebec, this company specializes in school and commercial vehicles. Leading in satisfaction by offering the most durable and safest vehicles in the industry. It combines over 150 years of design and manufacturing experience.
Main responsibilities :
- Supervise a work team of 4 to 5 people (technicians, draftsman, designer)
- Work directly with production, supervising the design and production of products and establishing a vision for improvements.
- Provide mass custom production support.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Planning, risk management, getting back to production
- Review and approve drawings produced by draftsmen / designers
- Actively contribute to producing optimization
- Budget, review various tenders to ensure compliance
