Job descriptionOrganize and structure information to create intuitive and easy-to-navigate user interfaces. Develop information architectures and sitemaps. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and accessible. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment. Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs. Plan and execute user testing sessions to gather feedback on product usability. Analyze user testing data to identify areas for improvement. Iterate on designs based on user feedback. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals. Communicate design decisions and rationale to team members. Stay current with the latest UX trends and best practices. Attend industry conferences and workshops to expand knowledge and skills. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role. Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Portfolio demonstrating strong UX design skills.
