Ce rôle ne consiste pas simplement à appeler des clients.
Il consiste à générer du revenu avant même que le camion arrive.

Vous êtes la première interaction après une réservation. En quelques minutes, vous contactez le client, comprenez son besoin et préparez le terrain pour une exécution réussie.

Si vous êtes à l’aise au téléphone, rapide dans votre réflexion et aimez influencer les résultats, ce poste est pour vous.

Responsabilités

  • Appeler les clients dans les minutes suivant leur réservation

  • Comprendre le besoin réel derrière le rendez-vous :

    • Déménagement

    • Débarras / downsizing

    • Débris de rénovation

    • Enlèvement d’un seul item

  • Recueillir les informations nécessaires pour préparer l’équipe terrain

  • Identifier les types de personnalité client (Relator, Thinker, Director, Socializer)

  • Laisser des notes claires et utiles pour les équipes

Impact principal (résultats attendus)

  • Avancer des rendez-vous (pull des jobs à aujourd’hui)

  • Réduire les annulations

  • Gérer un volume élevé d’appels

  • Optimiser l’horaire et supporter la croissance du revenu

Volume d’appels attendu

  • Hiver : environ 30 à 50 appels par jour

  • Printemps / Été / Automne : environ 60 à 80 appels par jour

  • Mélange de :

    • Nouvelles réservations

    • Clients non contactés

    • Rendez-vous futurs à avancer

This role owns the first conversation after a booking is made. Within minutes, you connect with customers, understand their needs, and help position the job for success—both for the client and for our truck teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every time a customer books, you act fast.

  • Call customers within minutes of their booking

  • Understand the real need behind the job:

    • Moving

    • Clear-out / downsizing

    • Renovation debris

    • Single item removal

  • Gather key details to set up the truck team for success

  • Identify customer personality types (Relator, Thinker, Director, Socializer)

  • Leave clear, useful notes so the team is prepared before arrival


Driving Results (Core of the Role)

This is where you make an impact:

  • Pull jobs forward (move future bookings into today)

  • Reduce cancellations through strong communication

  • Complete a high volume of calls daily

  • Improve schedule efficiency and support revenue growth


Call Volume Expectations

  • Winter: ~30–50 calls per day

  • Spring / Summer / Fall: ~60–80 calls per day

  • Mix of:

    • New bookings

    • Previously uncontacted customers

    • Future bookings to pull forward


Tools You’ll Use

  • Salesforce (Pipeline)

  • Excel-based trackers (auto-generated booking lists)

  • Phone system


What Success Looks Like

  • High percentage of bookings contacted

  • Jobs successfully pulled forward

  • Low cancellation rate

  • Clear, actionable notes for operations

  • Strong communication with both customers and internal teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Fully bilingual (French & English) — required

  • Strong communication skills on the phone

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls

  • Quick thinker who can adapt to different customer types

Work Structure

  • Part-time to full-time hours available

  • Primarily morning to afternoon shifts

  • Some flexibility depending on scheduling needs

  • Hybrid model can be discussed based on performance


Compensation

  • Hourly wage + performance-based bonus
