This role is responsible for developing and steering the firms' strategic goals and ensuring its reputation for excellence in architectural design and innovation. This role demands a dynamic individual who can inspire and lead a diverse senior management team, foster a healthy internal working culture, build strong client relationships, and drive the firm's growth and sustainability in the Canadian marketplace.

Strategic Leadership :

• Develop and implement the firm's long-term strategic plan in collaboration with the firm's senior leadership team.
• Set annual goals and objectives that align with the firm's vision and mission.
• Monitor and evaluate the achievement of strategic goals, making adjustments as necessary
• Energize, motivate and inspire staff to achieve firm's business goals.
