Job Description
What is the opportunity?As Trust Advisor, you will act as a key member of the team to achieve business results by identifying, attracting, growing and retaining Wealth clients within a specific region. You will also administer a portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring that fiduciary management is executed in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with policies and procedures. You will act as the regional expert, providing guidance to existing and prospective clients and their advisors, and by sharing best practices with your partners and team.
- Ensure trust administration is carried out in accordance with the terms of governing documents, trust law, relevant legislation and relevant policy and department objectives, while taking into account client needs.
- Develop and deliver on a business plan and approach within market to attract new business.
- Ensure strategic objectives are known, reviewed often, and that service is customized to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
- Demonstrate a commitment to taking ownership and accountability in managing client requests.
- Responsible for the management of a team of administrative professionals.
