Job Description

Who are we?

Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted clients seeking a comfortable, efficient, and safe flying experience.

After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has expanded its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs over 200 people. Chrono is a Quebec-based airline offering planes that can accommodate between 9 and 120 passengers, exclusively for charter flights. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono continues its expansion, reinforcing its position as a leader in the charter flight industry in Quebec and Canada.

Role and context

The Crew Logistics Agent provides logistical and administrative support by coordinating crew and employee travel, booking hotels, arranging ground transportation, and managing related details. This office-based position works closely with crew scheduling and flight coordinators to ensure efficient, cost-effective travel arrangements, accurate record-keeping, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with crew scheduling to arrange hotels, ground transportation, and other logistical needs for flight crew and company representatives.
  • Research travel options to find the best pricing while balancing reliability, convenience, and company policy.
  • Work alongside crew scheduling to track and organize crew schedules, layover details, and duty assignments.
  • Coordinate crew travel itineraries and communicate updates or changes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, travel costs, and other administrative documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for flight crew needing logistical assistance while on duty or layover.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers (e.g., hotels, shuttles, rental agencies) to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective service.
  • Ensure all travel-related arrangements comply with internal policies and cost guidelines.

Key skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable when handling last-minute changes or challenges.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Specific job requirements

  • Previous administrative experience required; aviation background is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to find, evaluate, and negotiate competitive pricing from vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities with flexibility.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in French is required for this position. A strong command of English is also necessary in order to communicate with English-speaking clients across Canada and internationally.
  • What we can offer you

  • Full-time position at our Quebec base.
  • Work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation, with flexible hours to meet our mutual needs.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (dental, disability, life, and paramedical coverage) with generous employer contributions from day one.
  • Access to telemedicine services anytime, anywhere.
  • Secure your financial future with our retirement savings plan, with company contributions.
  • Take the day off on your birthday—it’s on us!
  • Benefit from our support program for births, weddings, and bereavements.
  • Participate in activities organized by the social committee, such as happy hours, themed meals, and social and sports events.
  • Continue your post-secondary studies with the help of our tuition reimbursement program.
  • Enjoy job security and opportunities for advancement within the company.
