Job Description :
Job Description : Our TorontoJobs.ca Recruitment Division client located in Mississauga is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the President of a well-established company. This role requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual who can manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the President's calendar and email, ensuring all appointments and communications are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and other logistics.
- Handle personal tasks such as dry cleaning and lunch pickups.
- Prepare company reports related to production, accounting, HR, and more.
- Set up and manage Zoom calls and other virtual meetings.
- Produce and extract information using Excel and Office 365.
- Interact with various managers and external contacts to facilitate smooth operations.
