Job descriptionCréation et révision des instructions de travail des différents postes en usine; (POG) et instructions POKA Effectuer les suivis de formation relève B et C Supporter les employés pour les formations sur la plateforme LMS Tenir les registres de formations obligatoires Former les formateurs dédiés Création et révision des formulaires de formation Vérifier et maintenir la mise à jour du matériel de formation; Avoir une bonne flexibilité dhoraire : le poste est principalement de jour mais requiert une présence hebdomadaire sur le quart de nuit et de soir; Autres tâches connexes dans le département Support à la planificatrice main-dœuvre dans certaines tâches cléricales hebdomadaires Expérience dans le domaine alimentaire est un atout; Être à laise de parler devant un groupe Être en mesure de verbaliser le procédé de léquipement ; Avoir le sens du détail et lesprit pédagogue ; Aimer travailler en équipe et être en mesure de communiquer avec les autres départements ; Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps ; Faire preuve de professionnalisme et de débrouillardise ; Être organisé rigoureux concis minutieux et efficace ; Bonne communication (écrite / verbale / orale) en français et anglais ; Être en mesure de travailler sur un ordinateur pendant de longue période ; Très bonne connaissance de la suite office.

Hershey Canada est actuellement à la recherche dun candidat dynamique et curieux pour un remplacement de congé de maternité dune durée approximative dun an. Sous la supervision de la superviseure de formation le ou la candidate idéal(e) sera sur un horaire de jour mais devra avoir une flexibilité dhoraire pour certaines tâches reliées au poste. Une présence hebdomadaire est requise sur le quart de soir et de nuit. Ce dernier aura comme principales responsabilités les éléments suivants :
