You will work with our products to support the Canadian Dental Practice Management Business. Our on-premise products are well established with strong customer loyalty and our cloud product launched this year.
We are currently accepting applications for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Training Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to dental professionals in the effective utilization of our software. As a Training Consultant your key responsibilities will include :
- Assist with software onboarding and deliver training to clients on-site, over the phone, and online across Canada, ensuring a high satisfaction with all stakeholders throughout the process
- Provide implementation support & configuration to our customers by working closely with cross-functional teams
- Answer how-to questions related to the use of the software and improve the customer’s experience through workflow analysis and optimization opportunities
- Produce and maintain customer-facing training materials and documentation
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties such as attend team meetings, staying up to date with software releases, etc.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of training best practices
- Attend industry conferences to provide product walkthroughs and facilitate classroom style seminars with up to 16 participants

The posted range for this position is between CAD 73,000 and CAD 85,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
