By designing and delivering innovative training solutions, you'll empower advisor teams to work smarter, unlock opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service.

What will you do?

  • Champion Innovation and Modern Practices by evaluating emerging trends, sales methodologies, and training technologies to modernize the advisor experience and drive productivity gains
  • Deliver High-Impact Facilitation by leading engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across experience levels, inspire action, and establish credibility through strong communication and business acumen
  • Build High-Performance Cultures that fosters accountability, growth, and continuous improvement by coaching advisors and leaders to elevate performance standards and maximize client impact
  • Leverage Technology and Data to enhance engagement, measure program impact, and scale advisor enablement based on business results
  • Act as Strategic Partner identifying capability gaps, recommend forward-looking development solutions, and influence adoption of new practices across advisor and leadership teams

What do you need to succeed?

  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence leading large groups and executive-level discussions
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes
  • High degree of initiative, adaptability, and comfort operating in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage technology platforms to improve business and training outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel; this role requires multiple weeks in classroom in person, and in office during non-classroom weeks. Please note there may be some travel involved throughout the year.

Nice-to-have

  • Project or program management experience
  • Experience leading change management or organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Strong understanding of advisor workflows, sales processes, and wealth management business applications
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and performance consulting
  • Familiarity with behavioral, aptitude, or talent assessment tools
  • Strong understanding of business development strategies and trends within the wealth management industry
