Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Adjoint(E) - Ventes Internationales (Temps partiel) pour rejoindre notre équipe chez FieldTurf , un leader mondial dans le domaine du gazon synthétique. Reconnu à tous les niveaux , FieldTurf fait la surface des stades de la NFL et de la MLS, de programmes universitaires renommés, des collèges élite et des installations communautaires locales. Axé sur l'innovation ,FieldTurf contribue à d'être un acteur de changements pour les athlètes et les propriétaires d'installations. Ce poste suit un horaire hybride à notre bureau de Montréal et relèvera de Nadia Padron.

Ton impact sur le terrain :

Sous la responsabilité de notre gestionnaire des ventes internationales, l’Adjoint, Ventes Internationales apportera un soutien aux opérations de ventes internationales, aux initiatives marketing et à la gestion des relations clients, en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour contribuer à des projets à l’échelle mondiale.

Plus précisément  :

Participer à la préparation et à la mise à jour des outils de vente pour les marchés internationaux.

Offrir un soutien dans le processus après-vente afin d’assurer une communication fluide et un service de qualité auprès des clients internationaux.

Créer, mettre à jour et maintenir la liste de références internationales pour les ventes et le marketing.

Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing pour la création et la planification de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux afin de mettre en valeur les projets internationaux.

Effectuer le suivi des pistes internationales reçues via le site Web de l’entreprise et assurer leur transfert rapide aux gestionnaires des ventes.

Contribuer à la coordination et à la préparation des événements internationaux, salons commerciaux et rencontres clients.

Ton profil de champion(ne)

Formation en commerce international, administration des affaires, marketing ou domaine connexe (un atout).

Sens du détail, bonne organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.

Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite; la connaissance d’autres langues constitue un atout.

Capacité à travailler en équipe et à respecter les délais.

Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What you’ll do :

Reporting to our International Sales Manager, the International Sales Assistant will support international sales operations, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management, working closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to global projects.

More specifically :

Assist in the development and preparation of brand sales materials for international markets.

Provide support in the post-sale process, ensuring smooth communication and service with international customers.

Create, update, and maintain the international reference list for sales and marketing purposes.

Support the creation and scheduling of social media content in collaboration with the marketing team to showcase international projects.

Follow up on international leads received through the company website and ensure timely handover to sales managers.

Assist in the coordination and preparation of international events, trade shows, and client meetings.

What you need for success :

Background in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are an asset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
