Coordonnateur des travaux – Civil DESCRIPTION DE POSTE Supérieur immédiat : Gérant de projet Sommaire du poste : Sous l’autorité du Gérant de projet, le Coordonnateur des travaux a pour principales responsabilités de coordonner les travaux liés à son activité et de veiller à l’obtention des permis. Plus spécifiquement, le Coordonnateur des travaux – Civil agit à titre d’expert en construction de route, terrassement et tous autres travaux civils requis pour le chantier.
RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES
- Avec l’aide du Gérant de projet, préparer les contrats requis pour l’exécution et le contrôle des travaux pour les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et consultants
- Assister le Surintendant dans la coordination des activités en génie civil
- Confirmer et coordonner les exigences techniques en matière de génie civil et d’entretien avec les équipes terrain et les sous-traitants du domaine civil
- Valider l’avancement des travaux civils et produire un rapport de suivi périodiquement
- Coordonner la construction en collaboration avec le surintendant civil, l’ingénieur en environnement, les sous-traitants, les représentants municipaux et régionaux, et le représentant du promoteur / client
- Élaborer et mettre en place le programme de contrôle qualité pour les travaux de civil
- Coordonner les inspections de vérification de la conformité des travaux
- Voir à l’application des procédures techniques aux travaux exécutés en collaboration avec l’ingénieur de projet
- Faire le suivi des achats, de la réception et de l’inventaire des matériaux requis pour l’exécution des travaux
- Participer activement à la mise en œuvre du programme de prévention et soutenir l’Agent de prévention en ce qui concerne les exigences et l’implantation des contrôles de circulation en collaboration avec le surintendant civil

Immediate Supervisor : Project Manager Position Summary : Under the authority of the Project Manager, the Work Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the work related to their activity and ensuring the acquisition of permits. More specifically, the Work Coordinator – Civil acts as an expert in road construction, earthworks, and all other civil works required for the site.
