We celebrate culinary achievement, encourage creativity and challenge and reward our people for outstanding work. We are currently recruiting for a Baker to work at our Tim Hortons location. This role will provide an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff. The schedule for this role would include evenings and weekends.

As a  Baker , you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.

Your work will include :

• Preparing and baking goods
• Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining a sufficient and fresh supply of baked goods
• Ensuring consistent quality standard in over-all food preparation as per clients’ requirements including consideration to special dietary constraints
• Be able to get products from walk-in freezers, operate oven & decorate donuts and other products according to standards.
• Operate oven / egg cooker and prepare baked products as assigned (including muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, meats etc …)
• Prepare toppings, ingredients and required products for all baked good / food items.
• Complying with food hygiene regulations in accordance with Food Safety Act
• Complete Tim Horton training modules
• Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing equipment and over-all work areas
• Responsible for cash handling and cash register
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting an environment that strives to create exceptional culinary experiences
