Sr. Campaign Director, Corporate Partnerships – UHN FOUNDATION
The Opportunity
The University Health Network Foundation is seeking a Senior Campaign Director, Corporate Partnerships. This new role aims to diversify and grow philanthropic revenue from corporations, critical to changing the status quo of healthcare – helping recruit and train the brightest medical minds, develop new treatments for disease, and advance bold medical research.
Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, Marketing, Communications and Community Giving, the Senior Campaign Director will lead the development of corporate giving at the Foundation for multiple program priorities at UHN.
Working closely with senior fundraisers, including the CEO, VP Events, Interim VP Major Gifts, and their respective teams and senior volunteers, the Senior Campaign Director will lead all aspects of the corporate campaign strategy and development of associated initiatives. This role is accountable for planning and executing strategies that lead to philanthropic gifts, corporate sponsorships, and employee giving initiatives, with responsibility for achieving a fundraising goal. This includes supporting the creation of an integrated marketing strategy and all campaign-related materials, as well as recruitment of volunteers.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative business development expert with strong experience in corporate giving philanthropy and partnerships in the charitable sector. As partnerships increase, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow the team to ensure appropriate resourcing and structure are in place.
This is an exciting time to join The UHN Foundation as we embark on a major campaign to support a new Surgical Tower at the Toronto Western Hospital, improving the patient journey and advancing how we deliver care.
