Solution Architect On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Solution Architect Solution Architect - Job Description

Conduct workshops on BMC ITSM Solutions / Products with clients
Conduct FitGap / GAP analysis between client requirements and BMC products / solutions
Design solutions & provide architectural decisions / recommendations (BMC ITSM solution architecture and design v20.x or newer)
Intimate knowledge of all OOTB functionality of the Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management modules, DWP, Knowledge, SLM – including configurations, approval rules etc
High degree of understanding and experience in designing CMDB solutions
Ability to understand customer integration needs in following areas Ticket brokering using SOAP and RESTAPI Design Data load for foundation and or CMDB – understand Atrium Integrator (previous experience developing is desirable) Email based integrations
Service request management using DWPA
Modern Smart IT and DWP familiarity
DWPC capabilities and design solutions
Understand RSSO capabilities
5-10 year experience in remedy development is a plus
For Saas & onPrem container projects : Container platform (Kubernetes, Openshift, AWS), Jenkins & related experience is a plus BMC HDM experience is a plus
Chatbot and agent chat familiarity is a plus
BMC Innovation studio familiarity is a plus
BMC BWF (Business workflow) familiarity is a plus

Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills
