My husband and I (early 30s) are welcoming a third baby into the world this September. We have 2 daughters (4&1) and are looking for a mother’s helper for approximately 10-15hours a week starting this July 2026 to help with the kids and basic household tasks. I will be present majority of the time, however once the baby arrives there will be times when you will care for the 2 oldest while I am at doctors appointments etc. We are looking for someone who shares similar interests as we will be spending a lot of time together. Hobbies include mainly outdoors activities such as camping, baking, gardening, hunting, fishing, watching trash tv and lounging in our backyard pool. Our kids love crafts and outdoor time
Ideally you would work 8am-1pm 2-3x a week spending your time with the girls, prepping meals and assisting with light housework (dishes, laundry, tidy toys etc). Come fall you may do preschool drop off / pick up.
1 year of childcare experience in some form is preferred as there will be times you are solo with the oldest two. Background check, infant CPR and drivers abstract required. Experience in swim lessons would be a bonus with our pool. Rate starts at $20 per hr depending on experience. Weekend and evening shifts also available as needed for date nights etc.
