An excellent role on offer for a Quality Manager looking to join a global manufacturing company where you will manage a team of experts, whilst progressing to a Quality Directorship role.
Have you got experience working within automotive, textile, baring or manufacturing environment? Are you looking to progress to a Quality Directoship role?
This company manufactures specialist products, and they supply these across North America. They have over 10 manufacturing locations across North America, and they supply their products to the medical, industrial furniture and other industries. They are looking to expand to a 4 more US states over the next 12 months, and they have structured plans in place to do this. Due to these plans, they are looking for an Quality Manager who will play a pivotal role in this expansion.
You will be responsible for Product Inspection & Testing, Compliance & Auditing, Continuous Improvement, and Customer & Supplier Relations. You will be given the opportunity to develop into a directorship level position where you will be overseeing multiple plants in Canada.
The ideal candidate will be a Quality Manager from an Automotive, Textile, or Baring background. You must have strong leadership skills and want to progress to a Directorship role.
THE ROLE :
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective QMS
Oversee and coordinate quality inspections and testing
Lead and manage the quality control / assurance team
80,000- $890000 + Full Benefits + Specialist Training + Promotion to Management + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
