    Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of customer experiences within small business banking.

  • Wireframes and Prototypes : Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX researchers, product owners, UI designers, business stakeholders) to align on design goals and implementation.
  • Usability Improvements : Continuously evaluate and enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Design Guidelines : Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product.
  • Stay Current : Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
