Service Writer
Rockstar MechanicsLeduc, AB- Full-time
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Service Writer to join a growing Canadian heavy equipment company. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of the service department, working closely with both customers and technicians to write up work orders, coordinate service activities, and keep operations running smoothly.
This position is with an independently owned Canadian company with multiple locations nationwide, offering long-term stability and opportunity for growth.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can work both independently and as part of a team. While full training and ongoing support are provided, this role is best suited for someone who is confident in their abilities and does not require close supervision.
Previous experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor is a strong asset. Candidates with backgrounds in heavy equipment, diesel trucks, or automotive service environments will transition well into this role.
