Job description
Master of Machinery: Master of Machinery: Industrial Millwright - Afternoon Shift

Are you a technical problem-solver who thrives when things are in motion? We are a global leader in precision manufacturing, and we’re looking for a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our high-performing team in Stratford

If you’re looking for a role where your expertise is respected, your safety is prioritized, and your paycheck reflects your hard work, you’ve found it.

Advantages
The Rewards

Pay Range: $43 – $45 per hour (based on experience & Shift Premium).
The Schedule: Straight Afternoon Shift - No more rotations
Future-Proof Career: We offer clear pathways for advancement and the stability of a global organization.
Total Well-being: Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs designed to keep you and your family healthy.

Responsibilities
Your Mission

As a Millwright, you aren’t just "fixing things"—you are the guardian of our production efficiency. You will:

Diagnose & Conquer: Troubleshoot and overhaul complex systems including hydraulics, mechanical drives, gears, and high-performance motors.
Be the Technical Lead: Interpret intricate schematics and O&M manuals to suggest equipment improvements and optimize performance.
Project Support: Collaborate with Special Projects Groups on the installation and commissioning of cutting-edge machinery.
Coordinate Excellence: Partner with external contractors to ensure all specialized repairs meet our rigorous internal standards.
Digital Integration: Use the CMMS system to track equipment health and manage your workflow.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Floor

Certified Expertise: You hold a valid Certificate of Apprenticeship and a Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing. (433A)
Proven Track Record: Ideally, you have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a heavy industrial or high-demand manufacturing environment.
Safety First Mindset: A deep-rooted understanding of OHSA standards and a commitment to keeping yourself and your teammates safe.
Versatility: Skilled in welding, pipe-fitting, and rigging (or ready to sharpen those skills).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS software is a definite plus.

Summary
Why This Role Stands Out

We don’t just offer a job; we offer a craft-focused environment where quality matters. Whether you’re performing root-cause analysis on an emergency failure or fine-tuning a new installation, your work directly impacts our global success.
