Ton rle : Account Manager
En tant quAccount Manager, tu seras bien plus quun simple gestionnaire : un vritable partenaire pour nos clients. Tu seras responsable de btir des relations solides, dassurer leur satisfaction et de dtecter de nouvelles opportunits pour une croissance mutuelle.
Tes missions :
- Satisfaction Client : Anticiper les besoins, rsoudre les frustrations et fidliser les clients.
- Identifier les Challenges : Reprer les blocages grce des discussions essentielles et fournir des solutions efficaces.
- Dveloppement Commercial : Trouver des occasions dupsell et maximiser les portefeuilles clients.
- Rfrences Clients : Transformer des clients satisfaits en ambassadeurs et gnrateurs de leads.
- Renouvellement : Rendre le renouvellement des contrats simple grce un suivi de qualit.

Minimum 5 ans dans la gestion de comptes ou la relation client.
CRM expert (HubSpot si possible).
