Summary

The Rental Account Manager will have responsibility for both inside and outside sales. This role will grow with a career path toward Customer Development Manager and / or Business Development Manager roles in our Lease division.

Essential Functions

Develop brand new business opportunities

Build & grow relationships with our existing clientele

Development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to identify and nurture new sales opportunities and increase rental revenues.

Interaction with existing or prospective customer to identify and customize solutions and present proposals to resolve transportation problems / meet transportation needs.

Provision of ongoing support to existing accounts and to dealer network to ensure customers retention, generate additional or replacement.

Attainment of sales goals at or above quota.

Create an environment in which people want to do their best.

Act as a leader in the development and guidance of employees to meet revenue and margin goals.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Above average interpersonal skills with strong emphasis on customer relations, communications and presentation skills.

Proven ability to effectively organize responsibilities and manage time.

Keen problem solving and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives.

Understands the importance of responsibility, accountability and commitment.

Ability to teach employees to be resourceful, effectively manage and quickly accomplish goals.

Willingness to help out at the rental counter for peak periods and / or vacation coverage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred business or related field.

Three (3) years or more of demonstrated success in a sales role required.

Travel : 40-50%

Le gestionnaire de comptes de location sera responsable des ventes internes et externes. Ce rôle se développera avec un cheminement de carrière vers des postes de gestionnaire au développement de la clientèle ou gestionnaire au développement des affaires de notre division de location.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires
  • Bâtir et dévelpper les relations avec notre clientèle existante
  • Élaboration et exécution de stratégies de commercialisation et de ventes pour identifier et développer des occasions de ventes et augmenter les revenus de location
  • Interaction avec les clients existants ou potentiels pour identifier et personnaliser des solutions et présenter des propositions pour résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux besoins du transport
  • Soutien continu aux comptes existants et au réseau de concessionnaires pour assurer la fidélisation des clients et générer des clients supplémentaires ou de remplacement
  • Réalisation des objectifs de ventes égaux ou supérieurs au quota
  • Créer un environnement dans lequel les gens veulent faire de leur mieux
  • Agir comme dirigeant dans le développement et l'orientation des employés pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus et de marge
