Identify and secure new customers within the assigned territory through strategic prospecting and win-win negotiations.
Research prospective clients and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Cultivate and engage with industry partners, including suppliers, contractors, dealerships, and referral sources.
Assess customer needs and develop tailored, value-driven proposals that address service, product, delivery, and pricing requirements.
Collaborate with Division Managers to coordinate installations and service work .
Assist in marketing initiatives , promotions, and advertising efforts as needed.
Analyze account profitability and ensure proper approvals and documentation for equipment and supply agreements, aligning with ROI expectations.
Act as a trusted technical resource , gaining expert product knowledge to support customers and colleagues.
Participate in industry training and trade shows to stay ahead of market trends.
Support product and equipment deliveries as needed.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
Experience in petroleum, lubricants, or industrial sales is an asset.
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and thrives in an independent work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
