The successful candidate will be scheduled 32 - 40 hours per week, and must be available to work AM / PM, weekdays and weekends anywhere from 6am to 7pm.

The Bistro Team Leader is responsible for helping lead the team through living and promoting our five Core Values as well as maintaining the day-to-day operations within the department. The Bistro Supervisor is responsible for delegating tasks, ensuring outstanding customer service, exceptional product quality and a positive team environment. Set priorities and the pace for the day for the rest of the team Coaches team members and helps drives selling and promotion within the department throughout the day Train and promote the standard of Customer Service expected by all bistro employees Assists with creating task lists with the Bistro Manager Facilitates production of in-store prepared items Ensures all staff are up to date with products and ingredients trainings Ensures all department checklists are completed Follows up with staff regarding daily production tasks Assists in training of new team members Provides regular coaching and guidance for bistro employees Adopts and encourages a positive environment Assists with recording and monitor spillage, sending spillage reports on a weekly basis, as need Other duties may be assigned, as needed Put your passion into work that matters with a growing, BC-based company committed to be a better company for our customers, our employees, and the planet.
