The Panther Group is seeking a Direct Hire Software Productivity Talent Development Manager with one of our partners in adtech. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; you must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is hybrid (2-3 days a week) Pay is 140K CAD plus 10% bonus eligibility
- This position is both a technical and training hybrid need : Seeking a Software Developer who need not currently be hands-on, coupled with team skill evaluation / assessment and career / team development experience
- Will be responsible for managing 15+ / - cross-functional software developers (is a mixed-skills team)
- Will assess team and team individuals to benchmark skill and productivity levels and work with customized solutions to improve individual knowledgebase, deliveries, and productivity>
Seeking an experienced, Software Talent Development Manager with a solid technical background to join the Development Management team. This person will be responsible for managing technical teams' delivery and productivity that ensure the enhancement of an individual’s technical capabilities and innovative culture across the company.
This is high-visibility key and multi-faceted role where the Software Talent Development Manager will provide leadership within their own area of responsibility and collaborate with the other locations and departments across the company to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
The right candidate will take the lead role, collaborating with the Development Management Team, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure continuous improvement of agile practices.
