Job description

Position Only Available to applicants physically living in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona. All other locations will not be considered.

Your Role

Recruiting and hiring the best people is the heart of our business. Without great people, an organization is not able to succeed. In the Recruiting position, you will review resumes, reach out to applicants, interview candidates using a webcam, and assess their ability to be successful members of our team. This means modeling the highest standard of professional behavior, objectively evaluating human potential, and communicating your findings.

You Are

  • Available to commit to a 40-hour per week schedule of Monday to Friday during recruiting business hours with the possibility of extra or odd hours as needed during the internship.
  • The point of contact for prospective employees and as a representative for our current employees, you set the tone, acting professionally and responsibly at all times.
  • Able to identify well-qualified candidates and have the ability to learn the full lifecycle of recruitment.
  • Communicating with candidates promptly, interviewing them via webcam, documenting the conversation, and evaluating them for a fit with our company.
  • Responsible for reviewing testing and screenshots, and you will conduct reference checks.
  • Able to work as part of a team to facilitate training classes and work closely with the HR team to assist with new hire paperwork.
  • Able to manage multiple open positions in a high-volume setting.
  • Catering to our hiring managers and treating them like valuable clients.
  • As with any position in our company, you may have other duties as required.

Your Skills

  • You have exceptional recruiting and customer service skills, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
  • You possess extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal in English & French (fluent in both languages).
  • You’re self-motivated and efficient, and you operate with extreme professionalism.
  • You are organized and pay close attention to detail.
  • You take pride in the quality of your work, express ideas, and make suggestions, and you are comfortable with and excited by changes.
  • You do an excellent job of prioritizing your work, and you can switch between tasks effortlessly.
  • You can type at least 50 WPM and operate a computer-based phone system throughout the day like a pro while hopping into one video call after another.
  • You should have above-average computer knowledge so that you can have the ability to assess prospective employees’ knowledge levels.
  • Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience is preferred but not required.
  • Compensation

  • Starting at $18.00 / hour.
