You'll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills.So, if you're looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match.Our expectationsAs an Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you are the ambassador of a culture where the hiring process provides candidates with a unique experience.You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition Advisors who support recruitment in RONA's some 205 corporate stores, 8 distribution centers and our corporate office. Your diligence and judgment allow you to build trust with your internal clients, and you will contribute to many national-scale projects.Your role Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for executing several of our recruitment strategies and you collaborate on ensuring best practices in talent acquisition management. You work on strategies to reach the best talent, headhunt candidates, and use your network to fulfill recruitment needs.The qualifications we are looking forYou must hold a university degree in human resources management or a related field. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.You are able to juggle several projects simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service. You have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, in French and English.
