  • Opportunity to contribute to division growth and development

  • High level of autonomy and trust

  • Diverse commercial and industrial work environments

  • Backed by a multi-division safety company with strong growth

The Ideal Candidate

  • A certified tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship

  • Detail-oriented and safety-driven

  • Comfortable working independently and leading work in the field

  • Strong in communication with clients and team members

  • Reliable, professional, and solutions-focused

  • Interested in long-term growth and leadership opportunities

  • Be willing to work away from home base as needed

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

  • Be able to obtain and maintain required safety certifications

  • Proven experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting sprinkler systems

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and system drawings

  • Strong technical understanding of fire protection systems

  • Ability to coordinate work and communicate with clients, contractors, and authorities
