Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
