The Opportunity
Are you a strategic supply chain leader who thrives in fast-paced distribution environments? Do you know how to coach teams, navigate global purchasing challenges, and drive continuous improvement? If you’re ready to take ownership of a national supply chain function with a growing, well-established organization, this could be the next step for you.
Lead a multi-functional team across purchasing, inventory, and logistics. This is a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic environment that demands strong communication, collaboration, and commercial instinct.
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will :
- Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain professionals
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cost management
- Troubleshoot inventory management issues and implement sustainable improvements
- Stay ahead of seasonal cycles and global supply challenges, ensuring product availability and strategic purchasing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership across IT, Finance, HR, and Sales to ensure alignment and transparency
- Coach and develop team members, addressing underperformance proactively when needed
- Utilize ERP systems to support smarter forecasting and inventory decisions
