We are hiring painters for the fall of 2025! I am building a team of hardworking, dedicated students to assist in growing a RECORD BREAKING student painting business in the Timmins area.

The position includes :

Full-Time Hours

Bonus Incentives

Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility / pay

Training and development to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting / staining

Requirements :

Valid driver's license

Access to a vehicle

Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting / staining projects and will be a pro in no time!

Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)

Strong communication skills

Coachable, hardworking and willing to learn.

Payment Structure :

We offer a base rate ranging from $18-22 / hour

High-performance bonuses available

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality.

Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project.

Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owners.

Manage day-to-day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.
