Our Resident Support Coordinators support and foster a holistic and resident-centered care approach that includes advocacy, education and communication on behalf of residents and their families. To promote an optimal quality of life for residents, by building on a person's strengths with dignity and respect and ensuring their rights are honoured.
Our New Village of Ridgeview Court , located in Milton, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a RESIDENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR (externally known as a Social Worker or a Social Service Worker) to join their village team.
Start date for this role is Summer 2025

As our new Resident Support Coordinator, you will :
- Coordinates and supports the resident move in experience, care conferences
and applicable family meetings.
Village and / or throughout the health care system.
resident well-being in collaboration with the Village inter-disciplinary team.
