Group Summary

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

About the Role

Support Human resources department on a temporary basis. May assist with areas such as recruitment, personnel record filing or participate in a specific short term project.

Your preferred qualifications

• Highschool diploma
• Enrolled in a post-secondary Human Resources program
• Working knowledge of Employment Standards Act (ESA)
• Working knowledge of the Human Rights Code
• Working knowledge of current federal and provincial legislation related to employment
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadline simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team or cross functional team and independently
• Strong Microsoft program skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word etc.
• Ability to display tact, diplomacy and patience at all times
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Team oriented
• Well organized
• Self-driven
