The Role
As an HR Reward Adviser youll play a critical role in crafting and delivering reward strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and performance while aligning with our strategic objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with key partners lead exciting projects and make a real impact on how we attract engage and retain top talent.
What Youll Do :
- Shape Reward Strategies : Design reward plans that are competitive equitable and aligned with our strategic goals.
- Benchmark Industry Standards : Conduct salary surveys compensation analysis and benefits benchmarking to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop Policies : Create and update policies on compensation benefits incentives and recognition programs.
- Be a Trusted Advisor : Provide expert guidance to managers and HR on reward matters including salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Maintain Compliance : Stay ahead of emerging legislation to shape policies that meet legal and internal standards.
- Communicate Effectively : Develop clear engaging materials to help employees and managers understand and value our reward programs.
- Leverage Data : Use data and advanced analytics to evaluate reward effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Automation skills (e.g. macros) are a plus!
- Drive Reward Projects : Lead and support rewardrelated projects collaborating with HR corporate teams and business units to deliver success.
