Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an HVAC Salesperson based in Kelowna, BC. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and providing tailored HVAC solutions to match customer requirements. The role will include promoting energy-efficient HVAC systems, offering system troubleshooting insights, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Collaborating with the engineering, design, and service teams, the Salesperson will develop proposals, support project execution, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, and preventive maintenance
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC-related challenges
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Prior sales experience in HVAC or related industries is an asset
- Ability to work on-site in Kelowna, BC
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working within a team
- Post-secondary education in engineering, HVAC, or a related field is an advantage
