THE TEAM
The mission of the Brand Department is to future proof the brand and increase the perceived value of Aritzia over time.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Brand team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for establishing and overseeing Aritzia's brand vision, with a focus on becoming known globally and creating an emotional connection to Everyday Luxury, elevating Aritzia's brand for those who love and will love Aritzia. As the Sr. Manager / Manager, Brand, you will support with stewarding and future proofing the Aritzia brand by identifying and formulating opportunities, initiatives and activations forward while ensuring seamless cross-functional management across all brand pillars including people, product, places, and communication. THE ROLE
As the Sr. Manager / Manager, Brand, you will :
- Frame and address new, ambiguous, and complex challenges, generating actionable insights through rigorous analysis and exceptional problem-solving
- Evaluate our brand touchpoints and translate insights into strategies
- Drive opportunities to expand our brand
- Measure and evaluate our enduring brand equity
- Safeguard our brand through identifying and guiding against risks
- Ensure a consistent and elevated application of our brand across people, product, places and communication

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
