Beautifi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Strategy and Operations to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and optimization of operational processes. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across operations
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and operational planning
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support project management by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time and within scope
- Support the implementation of new processes, programs and systems, ensuring smooth integrations with existing operations
- Develop KPIs to measure the success of business strategies
- Identify potential risks associated with operational strategies and propose mitigation plans
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and provide training materials for new programs and technology enhancements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for strategic projects
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of business analyst, consulting or related experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectivelyExperience in managing projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensuring timely executionProven ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiativesAn interest in technology with the ability to quickly learn new platforms or toolsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong analytical capabilities and a love for dataA proven self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment with minimal structureThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentExperience working with Salesforce is an assetExperience in consumer finance, healthcare, or technology industries is an assetIn-office position based in Vancouver; must be willing to work in-officeLocation
