Job Summary

Beautifi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Strategy and Operations to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and optimization of operational processes. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across operations
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and operational planning
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support project management by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time and within scope
  • Support the implementation of new processes, programs and systems, ensuring smooth integrations with existing operations
  • Develop KPIs to measure the success of business strategies
  • Identify potential risks associated with operational strategies and propose mitigation plans
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that drive strategic initiatives
  • Develop and provide training materials for new programs and technology enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for strategic projects
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of business analyst, consulting or related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectively
  • Experience in managing projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensuring timely execution
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
  • An interest in technology with the ability to quickly learn new platforms or tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a love for data
  • A proven self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment with minimal structure
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce is an asset
  • Experience in consumer finance, healthcare, or technology industries is an asset
  • In-office position based in Vancouver; must be willing to work in-office
