About the Role :

We’re looking for a Showroom Sales & Customer Experience Specialist — someone who’s not only friendly, organized, and design-savvy but also understands the importance of personal image and professional presentation . As the first impression of our company, your appearance, style, and demeanor will reflect the type of tasteful, high-quality service we deliver.

Key Responsibilities :

Warmly greet and welcome walk-in customers, creating a positive and inviting showroom experience

Maintain a professional, tasteful appearance at all times to reflect the image of our brand

Assist customers in selecting materials, colors, and finishes for their kitchen projects

Motivate and guide customers toward booking an on-site visit with our project consultants

Place orders for custom materials and products needed for upcoming jobs

Provide ongoing customer support by answering questions before, during, and after job completion

Keep the showroom organized, visually appealing, and up to date with current trends and displays

Nurture relationships with existing customers to build loyalty and long-term satisfaction

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a showroom, retail, or design-related environment

Strong sense of style, color coordination, and materials selection

Professional, polished appearance and attention to personal presentation

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping people

Industry experience is a plus, but we are open to the right candidate with transferable skills
