Your Role :
A Fitness Consultant (FC) operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development.
The Fitness Consultant is a key member of our team and is responsible for assisting the Personal Training Manager with daily department operations (sales, scheduling, training), and delivering a WOW experience for everyone.
Job Summary :
- To Sell and manage the sales and performance of the PT department.
- To ensure clear and on-going communication between the Membership and PT Departments.
- Adhere to all standard PT departments practices and policies.
- Ensure the PT department delivers excellent members service exceeding their expectations.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
