Location : Various locations across Ontario
SpeechLanguage Pathologists (SLPs) assess diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders. They work with individuals across the life span to enhance their ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech language and swallowing assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills including speech clarity and language comprehension.
- Educate patients and caregivers about communication strategies and techniques.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent. State licensure as a speech-language pathologist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
