Job descriptionBachelor's degree in science or engineering, with a preference for power electronics. German : Professional working proficiency Experience in the fields of photovoltaics, inverters, energy storage, lithium batteries, power trading, etc. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with sales experience in solar inverters and battery energy storage. Excellent communication skills, good technical knowledge, and dynamic sales methods. Understanding of the basic principles of solar energy and energy storage, familiarity with system single-line diagrams, and knowledge of energy storage system architecture, capable of communicating with customers about basic technical solutions.

- Take on sales tasks and be accountable for achieving sales and marketing targets (orders, market share, profitability).
- Establish, manage, and enhance the company's sales business in designated areas, including formulating future strategic sales directions.
- Initiate and implement strategic alliances with key partners - distributors / project integrators and clients.
- Identify market opportunities both inside and outside traditional customer groups and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer seminars to promote our brand locally.
- Provide excellent customer support.
