Job description

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Software Quality Assurance Analyst for a new IoT platform, IPFusion LIVE. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be at the centre of enhancing the user experience. You will work closely with stakeholders and developers to conduct robust testing on the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Translate functional requirements from user stories into well-defined test cases.
Execute test cases, report identified issues, and perform thorough triage activities.
Apply critical thinking skills to identify potential issues and risks in software applications.
Perform diverse testing methodologies, encompassing functional, integration, regression, and performance / load testing as needed.
Assess project risks and strategically prioritize testing efforts, focusing on critical areas of the software.
Identify and emphasize high-impact test cases requiring special attention.
Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve reported problems.
Provide interim testing support as needed during the development lifecycle.

Key Skills and Attributes :

Minimum 2 years experience with software quality assurance.

Experience with Azure DevOps.

Expertise in one or more scripting languages for testing automation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work independently.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills and Attributes :

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with Azure Test plans.

Experience in IT (Workstation, server, networks, virtual environments, etc.).

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
